I really thought it was well known that Creatine does NOT cause kidney disease but merely messes with some of the more simplistic blood markers (creatinine) used to diagnose kidney disease (see Vega et al. 2019 or Longobardi et al. 2023)Certainly this is well known in longevity/biohacking/body building circles.
However, even my PCP advised me to stop creatine — so I guess the more people see this the better.
