I have spent the last two weeks trying to get the subreddit r/proactivehealth of the ground. I took the initiative of creating it after I got again disappointed by one of the influencer-names forums going to hell because the influencer turned out to be of questionable character.
starting the Reddit community was a lot of work and I created 99% of the posts. I relied heavily on Vlaude Ali for research and drafting. Turns out there is a lot of AI hate out there so I will pull back a little and post shorter (more superficial) stories to Reddit but I still enjoy writing deeper pieces. They will now be sent out via my newsletter at http://dadstrengthdaily.substack.com
